Ingredients:

- garlic powder
- celery seed
- turmeric
- smoked paprika
- oregano
- ground mustard
- chili powder
1/2 tablespoon of
- cumin
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
How To Use:
Rub steak thoroughly on all sides. Wrap the steak and place it in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours (no more than 24). Salt the steak right before cooking.
Note: I do not include salt in my rubs because it allows me to use the rub for sous vide or as I mentioned above, marinate a steak for a while without drying it up.
