Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 – 3 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1 – 2 shallots (depending on size and taste) chopped
  • 1 set of garlic cloves whole
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
