The Guacamole
Ingredients:
– 1 avocado chopped into small squares
– 1/2 red onion chopped
– 1 tomato chopped
– Lime juice
– Cilantro chopped
– Salt and pepper

The (stuffed) Mushrooms
Ingredients:
– Mushrooms
– Rosemary
– 1/2 – 1 cup of dry white wine
– Shredded parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper

The Lamb
Ingredients:
– 1 Rack of Lamb
– Parsley
– Cilantro
– Parmesan cheese
– Dijon mustard
– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper

Tomatoes In Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:
– Roma tomatoes chopped.
– 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
– Thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
