Pork Chops rubbed with porcini salt

Whether cooking a fancy dinner to impress someone or a simple lunch on the grill, this recipe is one that will not let you down. It is packed with flavor and it is so simple to make!

It is always better to get the bone-in pork chop since it adds so much flavor to the dish. Always make sure to get good color on the meat before flipping it the first time. Good color means good flavor!

Ingredients:

Directions:

Rub the pork chop with the porcini salt. For best flavor results do this 24 hours in advance.

Pre-heat oven to 350°f. Bring a large skillet to medium-high heat and add the 1 tbsp of olive oil along with the pork chop. Once you get good color on one side, about 2-3 minutes, flip the prom chop and add the rosemary and a tbsp of butter. Baste the pork chop and finish it off in the oven until it reaches desired internal temp.

Serve over greens, risotto, or mash potatoes.
