Sangreea cookout with my friend Lance. Lance showed up at my place with a bag of ingredients that he had “randomly” purchased from Trader Joe’s. I open the bag and the first two items I pull out are edamame and sun-dried tomatoes.

Naturally, with those ingredients we decided to combine some sweet and savory into the dish. I love eating light dish that has a hint of sweet to it. Like a salad topped with cranberries. So we decided to make a light quinoa with fresh edamame, bell peppers, curly parsley and a dash of lemon juice to freshen it up. For our hint of sweet we stuffed the chicken with honey glazed spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.🍴 So good!
